Personal Data and Your Liftriser Account

You are required to provide the following information to create a Liftriser Account:

• Email Address (required)
• Username (required)
• Display Name (optional)
• Age Range (e.g., 18-24, 25-34, etc.)
• Training Experience (collected during onboarding)

We encourage you to use your primary email address to ensure your continued access to your account and data.

Third-Party Authentication

You can also sign up or log in using:

• Google Sign-In

If you lose access to your email or third-party login credentials, you will lose access to your Liftriser account. We cannot restore or change email addresses for security reasons.

Your Workout Data

Liftriser is a workout tracking and training application. You enter your Workout Data into Liftriser, which may include:

• Workout activity data
• Exercises performed
• Sets, reps, and weights
• Training programs and workout plans
• Body measurements
• Progress notes and achievements
• Personal records

We consider this to be your data.

Managing and Exporting Your Data

Analytics to Improve Liftriser

To improve our Services and fix bugs, we use or plan to use:

• Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics for understanding app usage patterns
• Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and debugging

We do not send personally identifiable information to these services. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated.

Public Profiles and Social Features

Liftriser offers optional social features:

• Public Profiles: You can choose to make your profile public, allowing other Liftriser users to view your profile information, workouts, and achievements
• Sharing: You can share your workouts, achievements, and profile via native device share functionality (creates shareable links or images)

You have full control over your profile visibility. By default, profiles are public unless you explicitly choose to make yours private.

Payment Information

Liftriser offers premium features through in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled by:

• Google Play Billing (Android)
• Apple App Store (iOS)

We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (such as credit card details). All payment data is processed and stored by Google or Apple according to their respective privacy policies.

Customer Support

If you contact us for support at kabera.liftriser@gmail.com, you may communicate personally identifiable information to us (such as your email address and technical information about your issue).

We retain support communications to improve our customer service and resolve your inquiries effectively.

Data Processing and Storage

Location

We store user information on servers located in Europe (West region) through our infrastructure provider Supabase.

Your Personal Data is processed and stored within the European Union to comply with GDPR requirements. However, some third-party services we use (such as Firebase, Google Analytics) may process data in other locations as part of their operations.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be processed as described in this policy.

Data Retention

We retain your data indefinitely while your account is active in order to provide the Services. However, you can delete your data at any time (see Deleting Your Liftriser Account below).

When you delete your account, all your personal data and workout data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Children's Privacy

Liftriser does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 and does not target our services to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services.

We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide Personal Data through our Services without permission.

Your Rights Under GDPR

As we are based in the Netherlands and process data within the EU, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to Erasure: You can delete your account and all associated data
• Right to Data Portability: You can export your data in a machine-readable format (CSV)

Deleting Your Liftriser Account

You can delete your Liftriser Account at any time. To delete your account:

1. Open the Liftriser app
2. Go to Settings
3. Navigate to Account
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm account deletion

This will permanently delete your account and all related data, including your workout history, personal information, and settings. This action cannot be undone.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

Liftriser uses the following third-party services that may collect or process data:

• Supabase (data storage and authentication) - Privacy Policy
• Google Play Services / Apple App Store (for in-app purchases and authentication)
• Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics (analytics)
• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)

Changes to This Policy

This policy replaces all previous policies. We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Summary

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with a great workout tracking experience. Your workout data is yours, and you can export or delete it at any time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We store data securely in the EU and comply with GDPR requirements.
